From first time buyers to commercial sales, I am committed to making every real estate transaction as unstressed as possible. I work hard to provide the finest service available & always strive to stay ahead of the crowd in our ever-changing Real Estate field. Earning a client's trust and confidence is paramount to me.

I began selling real estate in 1985, and have acquired various awards over the years, although I believe that experience is its own reward (and the greatest teacher!) Real estate can be one of your most important financial transactions and I will put my experience and practical knowledge to work for you....but I LOVE to see a lot of smiles and even a few belly laughs throughout the process!

As a licensed realtor I have attained the following designations: Accredited Buyer's Representative(ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtors Institute(GRI), e-PRO, CDPE(certified distressed property expert), and I am also an Associate Broker. I began my career with Coldwell Banker and joined RE/MAX in 1995, where I belong to the 100% Club & have received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. In 2011 RE/MAX Homestead Realty  merged with Keller Williams Winstar to form a new company called Keller Williams Realty East Idaho.   As a result of this merger Keller Williams Realty East Idaho will be the largest real estate firm in Idaho Falls by a wide margin and will have over 50% market share.

I was born and raised in a very small South Dakota town where our only 'contract' was a handshake (the Good Ol’ Days ) & attended Black Hills State University. But I have lived in Idaho since 1976 and am proud to call it home. I have three terrific children, a 5 lb. Yorkie (Bogart) that guards my yard from squirrel attacks and two big fat fish named Tug & Scumsucker.
