I was born and raised in a very small South Dakota town where our only 'contract' was a handshake (the Good Old Days ) & attended Black Hills State University. But I have lived in Idaho since 1976 and am proud to call it home. Exploring Idaho has taken me years and I am still finding beautiful new places! I have three terrific grown children and two grand babies that are the joy of my life, a 5 lb.Yorkie (Bogart) that guards my yard from squirrel attacks and two big fat fish (Tug & Scumsucker).

I have been a Realtor since 1985 and although I have acquired the designations of Accredited Buyer's Representative(ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtors Institute(GRI), e-PRO, CDPE(certified distressed property expert), and Associate Broker, I still think that experience is the greatest teacher. Real estate can be one of your most important financial transactions and I will put my experience and knowledge to work for you....but I LOVE to see a lot of smiles and even a few belly laughs throughout the process.
